How long does permanent makeup last?
Most PMU work lasts 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle and sun exposure. A touch-up keeps the color and shape looking their best.
Does it hurt?
We use topical numbing and a gentle technique for maximum comfort. Most clients describe mild pressure with occasional tingling.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood-thinning supplements the day before, and skip exfoliating or tanning right before your session.
What does aftercare look like?
You’ll receive clear written instructions. Expect light flaking over 7–14 days while the color settles into a soft, natural finish.
Will I need a touch-up?
Yes — most services include a refinement session once your skin has fully healed so we can perfect tone and balance.
Is the studio hygienic?
Absolutely. We use single-use needles, sterile technique and strict sanitation standards in our private Chicago studio.
Does Head Spa require the $100 deposit?
No. Head Spa / Gội Đầu Dưỡng Sinh is $80 for 60 minutes and is specifically excluded from the standard $100 appointment deposit requirement.
